Excellent Gardening

Many people have seen the benefits of natural gardening in their lives over these last decades. It is a way of cultivating plants that does not employ man-made chemicals which will harm this planet, kill wildlife and likely harm the fitness of those who eat what you have raised.

It is too soon to know what the results of this mass chemically created agriculture and genetically modified plants, on consumers or on the planet.  It is this uncertainty, that is causing more and more people to turn to organically grown fruits and vegetables as well as food that has been raised on natural land.

Natural gardening as well as agriculture is nothing new. In reality, if you look to the past, everything was grown organically, because pesticides and inorganic fertilizers did not exist. Pesticides were not introduced in to farming until the 1950s.

We think of organic foods as something new, but they are not. It’s chemicals that are the fad.

Many pesticides can be purchased by both farmers and gardeners, yet the long-term result of using these pesticides is still not known.

Most gardeners have a limited amount of land to care for, so there is no need to use chemical sprays on our homegrown flowers and vegetables. If our flowers and vegetables become overrun with insects, you can simply wash off those insects.

There are more advantages of organic gardening than we completely understand; it makes sense to not risk our own land and the well-being and the lives of our children.
